Publisher's New Home of the Week is "The Payton"...
"The Payton" found in Cary Park, which is situated in the heart of West Cary, offers amazing amenities including a 28 acre lake, miles of walking/biking trails, village center, swim club, and much more. If Cary is not your ideal location, this home plan can also be found in other D.R. Horton communities throughout the The Triangle, including Durham, Raleigh, Chapel Hill and Knightdale, North Carolina. This beautiful new home is built exclusively by D.R. Horton. I can honestly say there doesn’t seem to have been an inch of space overlooked when this home was designed. With over 3000 square feet, a growing family would love this home. Almost instinctively, I head straight for the kitchen of a home when deciding whether it is a floor plan I could live in with my mental check list. The kitchen in the Payton is superb. If you’re anything like me the perfect dinner party has you and your girlfriends gathered around the island prepping the meal. (Over-sized island with ample space to move around, check!) Also this party would have your girlfriends chatting around your breakfast table with a glass of wine and some snacks (Open floor plan with a breakfast nook large enough to seat eight people around a table, check!) The guys would be in the family room comfortably enjoying a game on your big screen but close enough for you to notice the chip bowl running low. (Large, spacious family room with room for a 50 inch flat screen TV, check!) The Payton passes my dinner party test with ease. Oh and did I mention the pantry that resembles a small bedroom, no really, I am not kidding. Bring it on Costco; the pantry in the Payton is more than capable of storing all of your bulk size items! Don’t just take my word for it; visit a D.R. Horton community today to see the Payton home. You will not be disappointed...Discover "The Payton" for yourself- link here for more information
