Not only is Chad Ray known as one of the most successful Green Builders in the area, this owner of Olde Heritage Builders is also known for his philanthropic work to Duke Children's Hospital. For several years Chad has given a generous donation to help the kids at Duke ...during the MIX 101.5 Radiothon. But he felt that he needed to do more.... Chad is currently building a BEAUTIFUL home in Wakefield Meadows in Zebulon, NC, where all of the profit will benefit Duke Children's Hospital. Chad has partnered with other local companies, vendors and trade partners to have as many of the services and items donated to construct the Green Miracle Home. And you should see this home as it really has it all: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 powder rooms, a recreation room, media room and craft room, totaling 4343 square feet of luxurious living space.
