"The Gardenia" (as shown) by Terremor Homes, is found in the community of Chestwick in Knightdale, NC. A perfect place to call home! I am quite particular of this female builder's style (Michelle Simms) The Gardenia home is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with many different options too choose from, INCLUDING the traditional southern charm of the wrap around front porch. However, I find the best feature of the this home to be the 2 bedrooms on the first floor. YES, I said 2 bedrooms on the first floor! This most definitely deserves an AMEN sister!
