This prefinished basement was divided into too many small spaces and lacked the character the Owner’s wanted. With their desire to entertain large groups, we decided to remove some interior structural walls and update many of the finishes. Complete with new full bar, open staircase, hardwood flooring, billiards and even a karaoke stage!
